Abstract
Direct Current Microgrids seems to be a better alternative in perspective of different advantages over AC microgrids, a better performance and reduce power conversions and different operations mode and power transference among different units that needs DC (electric vehicles, Photovoltaic cells), however different internal control units may affect the operation of the droop control in this DC microgrids, this paper compares the internal control of voltage and current of a PI and FCS-MPC comparing both controllers in a primary control of a DC Microgrid. © 2021 IEEE.
